On another point - I subscribe to Elliot Wave Int and I cant understand how we could be in a wave 3 of 3 rally in USD whilst the indexes are going to be rallying as well, doesnt make sense given the correlations which have been so tight, makes more sense what you are saying re triple top.

Oil will be decimated, seeing what happened in mid April when the market looked as though it was going to have a reasonable correction - only to end up a one day wonder. I think from memory it dropped some 20% in a very short time frame. I am currently sitting on 2 cfd positions waiting for the action to start(short pound & aussie - by the way im also an aussie!) but its like being on a bucking bronco - do you think they have topped?
Freds latest chart shows the TRIPLE **TOP **IMO, and support at spx 925, then 920,

ReplyDeleteI cant believe some of those ELLIOTT guys are counting last 10 days as a TRIANGLE with an UPSIDE E wave resolution to as high as 970
some Others and Myself see it as a TRIPLE TOP
I suppose If I had NO KNOWLEDGE of natural energy, I would be under the influence of those guys who ONLY KNOW how to look backward at the wave count.
Thats the BUGGABOO of elliott wave counting - What the HECK do they think creates the wave??
