Today's EKG does seem to CONCUR with the updated POWER GRAPH
156bars today at 10am low seems to be heading there after a higher open
Monday JULY 26th is 275 tr days ( 55 weeks) from a previous
low on JUNE 22nd, 2009
PLUS ~ there is a HEAVY negative energy effect on the 26th @ 1pm
BUT even MORE important is August 10th which is ALSO a 55 week cycle/ 275 tr days
from JULY8th, 2009

ReplyDeleteJay - the market can go to 10340 -370 and then ... then we'll go short. I sold FAZ yesterday for lunch money and bought it again today. It may drop to low 14 and will add to my position.
ReplyDeletethe current rally has no legs imho. waiting for sellers to show up, and will get weaker as the week progresses. then early next week huge bullrun. but after that bears will take it over for awhile - i can see crashes & huge amount of fear during that timeframe

ReplyDeleteI'm half kidding guys. Need a little more confirmation to say a big reversal just occurred but in the bigger picture my 2 year cycle oscillator has not bottomed so I'm looking for a big low before we get any attempt at new highs.
ReplyDeleteOften what occurrs at these swing reversals is u get a big shakeout before resuming the trend and this weakness may just be that. However I'm getting some pretty damning signal against the bull case unless it starts to rally really hard and fast soon.

ReplyDeleteThe market likes to take people's money and it still feels like it's luring in shorts, so it can blast higher again and take them out. But that said,if we lose 10K.. it's time to short anyway.

assume you mean timeframe after the bull run.
that is correct. that bull run is going to frustrate all the bears... and shake out all the weak bear hands before the collapse. you gotta love the scenario, let see if it plays out
