Market Timing-Whats Next- 1st Qtr -2011 projection

Still looking fairly good overall
the trend this year does not show any declines as yet, as the SPX above
in 1995, the GOVT shut down which I dont remember did not have any effect on stocks
but will that be the same outlook this year???
