darkened 2 fields on the right shows the mkt was oversold from
7/28 to 8/8 before exploding on the 9th,
and the SPX still made a lower low on the 10th

SURE, I know what your thinking
ReplyDeleteHe's fudging the EKG, or showing something after the fact the looks better on paper
However, AS stated MANY TIMES and ALL the VPN members are aware.
THE EKG is CONTINUOUS streaming.
thus cutting off the start & close is somewhat of a guess- but i use the 8:30am futures normally to get a starting point
as we can see today that didnt match expectations given that the futures at 5am were at 1150, which would have been a lower open.
so when the open failed to do that, I decided to show WHY. just simply backing off the TIME LINE to show an earlier stream
allows for such an open
the CLOSE seems to be the same no matter which drop we employ,
the first one or the second
