the DAY ENDED NEAR ITS HIGH- BLACK LINE - red line only slightly off track from BLK line

2mRW shows POTENTIAL for OPEN HIGHER before sellers take over.

AS IT HAPPENED the OPEN DROPPED TO FUTURES LOW at 2087 then RALLIED TO 2092 at 10:30 before heading  to 2077 at 1pm and 2;15

PC ratios tell me that ANY UPSIDE OPEN, IF WERE LUCKY, IS BEGGING to be SHORTED

I knew I shuold have shorted the IWM after exiting calls, but I also knew I had to go out for the afternoon

HERES WHY shorting looks right-

SPY -1.45 toward teh bearish side

IPC - .37 YOU SEEN the PREV #sTHS was 1.16, and FRi 1.30 making today VERY BEARISH

EPC 66 also bearish was82 & 83

VIX OH BOY-- .09 VERY VERY BEARISH was37 & 35 - last time we got a.17 was JUNE26th and next day DOw was DOWN 350

TPC .56 also bearish

OEX also bearish at 1.26

ACTIV AGREES with selling 2MRW

slight chance of higher open - could be very quickly over

PD - TODAY ENDED up looking like SUNDAY's squares.

2MRW's squares are at a lower level and remain there all day IF USING the RED TIME LINE

and WED RECOVERS but might not start out that way- we'll see what GEO SAYS

SETTING the LOW at 2068 LAST MONDAY was followed by a WEEK LONG
rally to 2114 on the intraday HIGH on FRIday

WE noted the BEARS would get whacked which they did SIMPLY because they got over leveraged with PUTS on Friday July 24th and again on Monday July 27th, THEN proceeded to run the VIX up to 15.60 from a low of 12.03 and LOOK WHERE IT IS NOW @12.12.

THIS WEEK COMING WONT SEE SUCH AN EASY TARGET FOR the BULLS to CAPITALIZE.

EXPECTING THE MKT TO START out like last week heading SOUTH for most of MONDAY but ending the day with a decent recovery
