BERNANKE's  speech is APT to be WELL received by the trading community

TODAY'S A/D & Vol were quite powerful with 90% UP VOL which should have momentum to finish the job tomorrow AFTERNOON

 Expect the SPX to end just under 1400, probably at 1398 which would = a 62% retrace

at 1387 it is 30 pts above the low at 1357
which is 68% of the 44 from 1401 to 1357, over 62%, but short of 78%
NOTE 
the 17pts gained on the 17th to 1374 is = to 56% of 30, another near fibo
19 pts today/ 30 = 63% - another fibo
