 BOT SPY PUTS AT  10:30 at SPX 1646
SOLD THEM AT 1:30 at 120bars

Thats HOW Jay uses INTRDAY CYCLES & TIMING
NO - it was NOT the bottom, but I did take out a good percentage of the days move.
