DIVIDING THE GRAPH in HALF >IT WOULD LOOK LIKE 
the 18th SHOULD BE at that lower pivot
BUT
 
N O W we SEE the 18th HAS REACHED UP TO AN ALL TIME NEW HIGH at 1745, 
(without the DOW I might add), and some of the other major indexes such as the UTI
SO WHATS NEXT-- YOU TELL ME WHAT TO EXPECT NOW from this GRAPH !!
