Stock Market Timing - What NOW !! TO the Moon or SWOON

Crowd source called it 63% chance of a HIGHER market this week-- Does that mean ALL WEEK ending higher ?

Last week was 57% chance of ending LOWER, but  Monday gained 175 Dow
and gave back 270 by the 19th Thsday.

SO is that info of any value??
OR would you rather have this. I think
