If you connect march 2009 bottom and July 2010 bottom you might see why we bounced where we bounced.
I wouldn't be surprised if the bottom is in.
I do know that there are some scary planetary aspects due this week so my take is that if we still do not close below this line this week you might buy with good conviction
Lets explore
Looking at the charts appears to indicate 1056 on July 19th and then 1010 as 2 previous support levels
Open broke July19th low@ 1047 at 10am, so we now look to test 1056.
IF they can get down to 1010 today, then we should see another
20 pts lower tomrrow OPEN under 1000
IF they get down to 1030 today, then 1010 should become the support tomrrow.

FULL MOON at 1:05 would suggest the next wave DOWn would start right afterward.

according to my analysis, target for 3 is around 1030
then 4 bounce to 1050 or so
then a final decline to around 1,000SPX
and that will be the end of minute 1 of 3 - then expect a stronger & longer bounce before some more uglyness

Today's ES close needs to be under 1047 area for further downside lower than 1040 area.

Why wouldn't the full moon indicate a turn instead of acceleration to the downside?
1pm was 258bars BUT it was also a FULL moon at 1:05pm

it is only minute 1 of Minor 3, it might test the 1010 low and go a bit lower - but the ugly wave is coming after the rebound, i think

Going LONG tomorrow morning for a profitable rebound. For now it'll be a daytrade but I should make some good money after a very lucrative SHORT.
