ITS OK to CUT spending. but NOT in MY DISTRICT-- HMMM.

IT certainly looks like SOMETHING will get resolved or NOT by TOMORROW

THE outlook reads that OVER Extending your reach leads to a CRASH & BURN
Just what that means can be anyone's guess, but the handwriting seems to be on the wall.
SO FAR last week gave up 533 dow points, and the INTERNALS show NO FEAR-
in fact the 5& 10 day ARMS indexes are teetering on a SELL.
LOOKS more like complacency, and that can have DISASTROUS effects on MONEY.

NOW the HOUSE will vote tonight - BUT What if they dont have the votes -
WILL THEY PUT IT OFF?
Is that why the Senate delayed for tomrrow??
STILL NO FEAR in the markets, and NO REAL threat to Congressional pocketbooks
Today fell well below the 200 day line and came back to KISS it near the close
Support was FOUND at 1274, and if that breaks, 1235 is next , then 1161.
ONCE 1260 is broken, the ELLIOTT formation that most everyone is looking at as a
RUNNING triangle , could MORPH into an IRREGULAR correction with
C ending considerably lower than A @ 1250
IT certainly looks like Washington wants Congress to VOTE to PASS this bill, so that the PRES doent have to take drastic action and invoke the 14th Amendment, but that still might end up as reality.
