PC ratios are much too high to allow any setback today, unless they use up the oversold volume in the first hour.
Cboe PC raio = 1.20 bullish
OEX pc ratio = 1.06 neutral
SPX 500 ratio = 4.83 VERY BULLISH
And this is AFTER option week.
