Stock Market Timing-what NOW!! FOMC influence

The Jaywiz POWER DATA shows us some lingering strength today even tho the GEO shows selling is about to start at any moment. 
SO what do we conclude?

FOMC apprehension could help keep the mkt in check until the announcement at 2pm

THE POWER DATA does show some selling about to occur later this week, THURS & FRI, but we cant tell exactly when it will start other than later today.
