THE JAYWIZ "SWV" and "PRO LM" give us some additional data grahics that depict more precisely what is happening.
Notice the SWV does show a DIP at the 1200 graph mark, ((but that is NOT ESTime)). The SPX did make a pivot low at 2914 at 1;45pm
SOMETIMES, on a SLUGGISH day like today the market likes to make an OPEN statement on the next day.
