2900 was MY TARGET SPX PRICE level for a near term LOW.
SO FAR TODAY FEB 28th the low has been
under 2900 to 2864.

NOW I know there are many wiseguys out there who are going to say : JAY !! YOU MISSED IT.
NOW LETS GET THIS RIGHT !! I did NOT just fall off the back of the turnip truck. 

One of my associates told me to look for 2853.
WELL, IMV, we are both right.

Jay's CLIENTS got a HUGE BONUS this month. CALLED The TOP at 3397 and watched it drop down to 2900.
That's a total of 500 SPX pts WOW WHAT A BONANZA of CASH $$$$$$$
