TODAY IS A BRADLEY turn date
they have been setting up MOSTLY highs over the past few years
however, the MKT really HAS NO WHERE TO GO on the upside and is locked into a WANING CHANNEL
declines can be deceiving as volume leads PRICE, thus we can see price attempts to break out that FAIL on lesser POSITIVE volume verses neg volume
