PRE MKT MALAISE has been overcome and it now looks like an UP day from open
GEO-Black & red lines seem to be working for teh day as shown- in other words 21st on graph= 21st for trading
thus we should possibly consider a 2pm HOD today
ACTIV has been portraying the current day START at the middle of the graph date
thus it would also seem to point toward an afternoon HOD
