DOW broke UNDER 8000
NDX hit 1201 EXACT target
DOW @ 8000 = 55% FIBO relationship to the 14400 highs of OCT 10th LAST YEAR
NDX also hit its target @ 1201
I got out near the open, but not the exact low, darn it,
I will now sit tight and wait for 3pm
