then IT WILL HAVE TO HAPPEN on (90% effect) on MONDAY & (10% effect) on TUESDAY.

IF THAT DOES OCCUR then TUESDAY should be the PIVOT LOW & TURN higher to the 11th for starters



I CANNOT see the SPX breaking OVER 1420, without first making a very steep DIP

WE MUST see at least 2days with an ARMS index of 3.00 OR MORE to get a pivot & reversal

***and that has NOT HAPPENED YET!!!!
