futures backed off at 9am, and indicate a new flat open

Looks like ONE more day to end this 2 day rally which we warned about on Monday

Monday's OEX pc ratio = 3.12= WILDLY BULLISH but mkt fell on Tuesday
Tues ratio = .21 wildly bearish
Wed ratio = .33 Ditto
I dont have the 10 day aver, but has been reported bearish

Arms index was .26 to be considered very bearish
and the other tech data is now indicating a near sell signal
a higher attempt today until this afternoon should end this 2 day runup

A high yesterday was hit at 39 hours at 1pm @ 1207.32

Today we have 258bars at 11am, but there is neg energy at 11:44 which might over ride that
till about noon
then there is positive energy at 2:39pm
but the Ying atmosphere changes from that point to Yang

Full moon tend to energize stock prices, but we have a new moon this wkend which tends to coincide with lower price levels
