deflation is really DREADED BY THE FOMC, even MORE than INFLATION
which hasnt been a problem since yr 2000
In the 70's it used to easy to add up my grocery bill--
just count the # of items and multiply by $1-- each
NOW ITS $3.00 EACH -
$100 is NOW AS GOOD AS $10 was in the 70's

DO WE NEED DEFLATION ??
CERTAINLY LOOKS THAT WAY
HOW ABOUT OIL at $50/brl
HOW about GAS at $2.00
How about GOLD at $500
HOW ABOUT the DOW at 5000
