Looks like they are trying to squeeze up to Uncle Bens target QQQQ 60, IWM 84, SPY 1365. These are the values Uncle Ben promised to buy and the purchase does not complete until June 2011. So market trying us 4 months in advance.
Any thougts. Jay does your highs on Feb 13, in these areas

I think its better playing with IWM, QQQQ, BGU, etc.
Avoid the XLF, its in the same place last 3 mos.
