and finish Monday AM- THEN WV V still SET for Monday after 11am

Better GDP could be catalyst and ignore the Washington crap ??
BUT a 4th wave MUST OCCUR
1299 to 1347 = 47 pts
x 50% = 23 to 1323 to as high as 62% at 1330
