Last weeks high was on March 4th at 3:30pm spx was at 724
the first low hit at 3;30 on March 5th, 6.5 hrs later then a 145pt rally which last about 2 hrs
the NEXT low was on the 6th at , yup, you got it -3;30pm at 666.79
whats 666 mean? you ask / NOTHING
then a 70 pt sell off at today's open and a 70 pt high = yup, 140pts
Lasted about 90 minutes
3;30 low got a 10:15high

It is 4 hours to 3:30 March 10. For a low to be made there , we would need a 300 point drop in Dow or 40 points in SPX. That is hard to envisage.
The best interpretation of waves is that we completed a diagonal (v) of 3 at yesterday's bottom and the v of (v) was a fifth wave failure to go below the 3rd. We may now in 4th wave towards 743 (38.2% retrace) to 794 (61.8% retrace)

Maybe, news does matter.
I think the hedge funds are putting some money to work and may trade this market.
It means we may see a weakness again once the bounce is over - perhaps into late March/early April before the cyclical bull leg takes over.
I still think we run up higher into August/September timeframe before we seeing 600 into late October/November timeframe.
Methinks that the low is in. It may try to revisit 680-700 again in the next 3-4 weeks, but I don't think it'll break 666.
